Office manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and on time.
The successful candidate must have experience managing a busy office, must be organized and detail-oriented, and must have excellent communication skills. They should also be able to multitask efficiently while prioritizing tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, reception duties etc
• Manage the office budget and ensure that all necessary supplies are available
• Ensure that all communication is dealt with promptly and professionally
• Ensure that all files are kept organized and up-to-date
• Monitor office equipment usage and maintenance
• Develop processes to streamline administrative tasks
• Address employee issues in a timely manner
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role in an office setting
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
