Office Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment and be able to effectively manage office operations, personnel, and other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all administrative operations of the office
• Manage staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure a productive workplace
• Develop and implement strategies for streamlining administrative processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Plan, organize, and lead office meetings
• Coordinate with outside vendors for services such as IT support, printing services, etc.
• Prepare reports on a regular basis for management review
• Monitor office budget to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Manage employee records including attendance tracking, payroll processing, vacation requests, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment required; experience managing personnel preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) required
Salary: 1400 AED
