We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business and ensuring that all staff members are meeting their job requirements.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage and lead a team, has great problem-solving skills, and is able to work under pressure. Previous experience in a supervisory role is not essential, as we are open to considering an immigrant with no prior experience.

The Supervisor's main duties will include: monitoring employee performance, addressing customer complaints, organizing staff training sessions, assigning tasks to staff members, setting goals for the team, and ensuring that safety protocols are being followed. Furthermore, the successful candidate must be able to manage time efficiently in order to complete multiple tasks each day.
