We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, supervising team members, and ensuring the highest quality of customer service. You will be expected to lead, motivate, and mentor team members in order to maximize productivity and efficiency. You will also be accountable for monitoring the performance of the team and providing feedback on performance reviews.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail. You must be able to think fast on your feet and work independently as well as in a team environment. A degree or related experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to consider candidates with no experience.
