Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager for a position in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage the HR operations of our company and strive to ensure that our employees are motivated, engaged, and productive. This role will involve managing recruitment processes, employee relations, policy development, and compliance with local labor laws. Job Responsibilities:
• Developing HR strategies in line with organizational objectives
• Overseeing recruitment processes including interview scheduling and background checks
• Implementing policies related to employee benefits, workplace safety, diversity & inclusion initiatives
• Investigating employee grievances or disputes on the job site
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Creating performance evaluation systems that encourage employees to reach their full potential
• Coordinating staff training programs in order to develop skillset
• Maintaining accurate records of employee data (payrolls, attendance etc.)
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; MBA is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources management
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Ability to think strategically about organizational goals
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
