Job Description
Restaurant Manager – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 900 AED per month. We are especially interested in candidates who are willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi and are open to immigrants.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the restaurant staff in order to ensure that high standards of customer service are provided at all times
• Develop strategies for increasing revenue and profitability
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, ordering, staffing, inventory control, and customer relations
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train new staff members on proper operational procedures
• Develop marketing initiatives for the restaurant
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management is preferred but not required
• Minimum of two years' experience in restaurant management or equivalent position
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledgeable of food safety best practices
