Job Summary

We are looking for a Mason to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the surface and laying bricks, concrete blocks, stone and other masonry materials to construct or repair interior and exterior walls or structures. The position offers a salary of 1400. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare the surface by cleaning it and removing any debris
- Measure and mark surfaces to lay out patterns
- Cut bricks or other masonry materials using saws, chisels or power cutters
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stone or other masonry materials to construct walls or other structures
- Work with reinforcing steel rods into walls during construction
- Check vertical and horizontal alignment of brickwork
- Install vents, doors, windows and other components into brickwork
- Repair damaged walls with new material as needed

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Knowledge of masonry techniques and use of related materials
- Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail when measuring surfaces and laying out patterns
- Physically fit with good stamina for standing for long periods of time
