Job Summary

We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning and coordination of a construction project from start to finish. They will be the primary point of contact between the contractor, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the duration of the project. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, superior organizational abilities, and a strong technical background in construction management or related field. The salary for this position is 900 AED per month, and we are ready to consider an immigrant applicant.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. They will ensure that all materials, labor, equipment, and resources are used efficiently throughout the duration of the project. They will plan and coordinate activities such as scheduling subcontractors and other personnel, monitoring progress against milestones, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, inspecting work in progress for quality assurance, managing financial issues such as cost tracking and budgeting, resolving conflicts between stakeholders onsite or offsite as needed, adhering to local building codes; plus additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role must possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field; minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management; superior organizational abilities; excellent interpersonal skills; knowledge of local building codes; ability to read blueprints; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; plus any additional certifications or qualifications that may be required by law or local regulations.
