We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of construction management experience and be ready to consider an immigrant.

As our Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept through completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards. Your duties will include designing the project plan; managing resources such as labor, materials and equipment; creating schedules; managing risk; establishing safety protocols; monitoring progress; ensuring adherence to building codes; resolving any problems that may arise during the course of a project and more.

The successful candidate should have superior organizational skills and be able to think critically in order to solve problems quickly. They should have excellent communication skills as they will be working with clients, subcontractors and other members of the team on a daily basis. Additionally, they should possess strong technical skills in areas such as mathematics, engineering or architecture. Knowledge of building codes is also essential for this role.
