Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, as well as managing office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all administrative tasks, such as filing documents, answering phones and emails.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment and order new items when necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
• Prepare reports on a daily basis and submit them to the management team.
• Create presentations for meetings with clients or partners.
• Develop processes and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience working in an office setting is required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for this role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential for success in this roleS alary: 900 AED per month
