Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, as well as managing office operations.
Responsibilities:
β’ Handle all administrative tasks, such as filing documents, answering phones and emails.
β’ Maintain office supplies and equipment and order new items when necessary.
β’ Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
β’ Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
β’ Prepare reports on a daily basis and submit them to the management team.
β’ Create presentations for meetings with clients or partners.
β’ Develop processes and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required.
β’ 2+ years of experience working in an office setting is required.
β’ Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for this role.
β’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential for success in this roleS alary: 900 AED per month
