Office administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. This individual should be comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting, and meeting tight deadlines.
The primary responsibilities of this position include providing administrative support to the office staff, taking calls from customers and clients, managing supplies and equipment, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and organizing filing systems. Furthermore, this individual will be tasked with overseeing office operations, such as scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. The successful candidate must also be able to provide assistance with various projects throughout the organization.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in providing administrative support in a professional setting. They must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and have strong attention to detail. Additionally, they must be highly organized and able to multitask effectively while working under pressure. Previous experience with customer service is preferred but not required.
