Supervisor job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The position is within a corporate environment and offers a salary of 1300. We are open to considering applicants from any nationality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing guidance and assistance to junior staff, and establishing procedures to ensure the smooth running of the office. In addition, the Supervisor will be expected to monitor staff performance, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate others. They should have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of customer service principles. The successful applicant should also have strong problem solving abilities and an eye for detail in order to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered on time. Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite is highly advantageous but not essential.
