We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. They will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability, while ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills as well as a good understanding of the hospitality industry. They should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing guest satisfaction scores, and managing the hotel budget in an efficient manner. We require the successful applicant to have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role along with a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
