Room Attendant Job in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Room Attendant to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Kuwait. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to our guests.

The ideal candidate should have experience working as a Room Attendant in the hospitality industry. You should have knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations and procedures, as well as excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or within a team are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Clean guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, and making beds
• Maintain the tidiness of public areas such as lobbies and hallways
• Report any maintenance issues or lost items found in guest rooms
• Adhere to hotel safety procedures and regulations
• Follow instructions from supervisors
• Ensure all equipment is properly used and maintained
• Provide friendly customer service to guests

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a Room Attendant in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment
