We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 per month. We welcome applications from foreign candidates as well as those who are already based in Qatar.

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of professional experience in a similar role and be highly organized and detail-oriented. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and customers.

As the Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and organizing files and documents. You will also be expected to answer phone calls, respond to emails, order office supplies and take minutes during meetings. Additionally, you may be asked to provide translation services from English to Arabic or vice versa.
