Job Description:
The Business Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the business, which includes planning, budgeting, and coordination with various departments to ensure efficient execution of tasks. The individual must be able to analyze data and make informed decisions based on their findings. Additionally, the individual will be in charge of developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and staff productivity while increasing profits.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field;
- At least three years experience as a business manager or in a similar role;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in the use of Excel spreadsheets;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
