Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Teacher to join our educational team in Al-Kuwait. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons to students of all ages. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have no prior teaching experience, but should possess the enthusiasm and the drive to become an effective educator.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement lesson plans that reflect current educational standards
• Prepare classes that encourage student learning using a variety of teaching methods
• Assess students’ abilities through tests and other assessments
• Monitor student progress and address any issues or concerns
• Develop appropriate goals for all students in line with their abilities
• Maintain records of student progress and development
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents on an ongoing basis

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (preferred) or related field
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
• Creative problem-solving abilities
