Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills and have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a competitive salary of 1500.

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes developing strategies for working with clients, preparing project plans, coordinating resources, identifying risks and mitigating them appropriately, implementing quality standards, managing change requests, communicating progress updates to stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Project Manager should be able to develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders by providing guidance on best practices.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in managing projects in an agile environment as well as an understanding of project management principles such as Agile/Scrum processes. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong technical knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Furthermore, experience using project management tools such as JIRA or Trello would be beneficial. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
