Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the successful management of all aspects of the restaurant including hiring and training staff; scheduling shifts; negotiating prices with suppliers; enforcing food safety standards; monitoring inventory levels; ensuring excellent customer service; controlling costs; developing marketing strategies to attract customers; generating reports on sales performance; resolving customer complaints; adhering to health and safety regulations; maintaining financial records; creating work schedules for staff members; ensuring proper maintenance of all equipment used in the restaurant operations.

Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities (written & verbal), problem-solving aptitude, knowledge of POS systems & Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel), experience in budgeting & financial management, ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines. Additionally, previous experience in managing restaurants is preferred but not required since we are ready to consider candidates from different backgrounds.
