• Ability to manage staff and lead a team of up to 15 people
• Proven track record of success in customer service and restaurant operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with an attention to detail
• Flexibility with working hours (weekends & holidays)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required; proficiency in another language is preferred.
