Restaurant Manager

We are searching for a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and an ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality food and service
• Monitor restaurant staff performance and ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and other supplies
• Develop strategies to improve customer experience and increase profits
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling and payroll management
• Prepare reports related to finances, inventory, customer feedback etc.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in managing a restaurant or similar establishment
• Proven track record of success in previous management roles
• Excellent knowledge of customer service standards
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Salary: AED 1100/month (We are ready to consider foreigners)
