We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a well-known restaurant in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. The individual must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and vendors, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the food industry. Experience working in Dubai is preferred but not essential.

The Restaurant Manager would be expected to possess strong leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills, as well as an understanding of the principles of customer service. The individual must also have a good understanding of the food industry and be able to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Candidates must be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) and have an outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.

This position offers an attractive salary package of 1800 AED per month (plus benefits). We are ready to consider foreign nationals for this role.
