The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure. They must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. A positive attitude is also required. Experience in a similar role is not necessary but is preferred.

The Barista's duties will include greeting customers, providing them with product information, taking orders, making coffee drinks and other beverages with accuracy and speed, maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, keeping the cafe area clean and organized at all times, restocking supplies as needed, and adhering to health safety regulations.
