Sous Chef job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will help the Head Chef in ensuring the highest quality food is served to our guests.

The role will involve preparing dishes, offering guidance and support to kitchen staff, managing kitchen inventory and food costs, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for cooking. This is a hands-on position requiring an individual who is creative, motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The successful candidate must have a good knowledge of food preparation techniques and a creative flair for creating delicious dishes. They should also be able to provide constructive feedback on dishes and recipes in order to maintain high quality standards. A positive attitude towards customer service is essential, as well as excellent interpersonal skills when working with fellow staff members.

No experience is necessary for this position but some prior experience in working in a professional kitchen would be beneficial. The salary for this position is 900 per month and we are willing to consider foreign applicants who meet the requirements listed above.
