Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Manage staff and recruit new employees as needed
- Develop strategies and goals for the company’s growth
- Monitor financial performance and create plans to maximize profits
- Identify areas of improvement in operations and procedures
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, partners etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a managerial role in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successful business strategies implementation
- Strong understanding of financial management principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
