Job Summary:
Al-Kuwait is looking for an enthusiastic Cabin Crew member to join our team in Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for the safety of passengers on board our aircrafts, as well as providing excellent customer service to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all passengers. You will be helping prepare the aircraft cabin, serving food and drinks, assisting with boarding procedures, providing passenger information and ensuring that passengers are seated safely during take off and landing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Cabin Crew is responsible for providing safe transportation and excellent customer service to all passengers. This includes greeting passengers upon boarding, checking tickets and seating assignments, helping with luggage stowage when necessary, providing passenger information such as flight times or destinations, responding to passenger inquiries or complaints in a professional manner, distributing meals and beverages during flights, conducting safety checks prior to take off and landing according to airline regulations, ensuring that all emergency equipment is in working order at all times, dealing with medical emergencies or other incidents onboard if they arise.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus), the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing various tasks simultaneously; basic knowledge of emergency procedures; excellent customer service skills; the ability to work effectively in a team environment; a valid passport; strong interpersonal skills; good problem solving skills; flexibility to work long hours including nights. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
