A leading restaurant in Dubai is looking for an experienced Sommelier to join its team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month, with the possibility of accommodation depending on the candidate's immigration needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting wines to pair with menu items, providing guidance to staff and customers, and conducting wine tastings. They must have at least three years' experience in a similar role to be considered for this position.

The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, knowledge of wine varieties and brewing processes, and strong organizational abilities. They should also have the ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate should also be able to use their knowledge of wine trends, pairings, and flavor profiles to advise customers on their selection. Additional duties include keeping up-to-date on restaurant menus and wines available in the region as well as ensuring that all wines are stored correctly.
