Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical setting or in a dietetic program.
• Must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of nutrition principles as they relate to disease monitoring and treatment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assess nutrition needs of patients by completing nutrition assessments.
• Develop individualized care plans for patients based on their unique nutrition needs.
• Provide counseling to patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices.
• Monitor patient progress towards nutritional goals and adjust plans accordingly.
