We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in working as a Barista, preferably in the UAE. We are open to hiring foreigners for this role.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a salary of 900 AED per month, health insurance, and an array of other benefits such as staff discounts and meal vouchers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing espresso-based drinks with accuracy and speed while maintaining excellent customer service standards. You will also need to ensure all equipment is correctly set up and maintained according to company guidelines. Additionally, you will be expected to serve food items or drinks to customers; handle cash transactions; clean and maintain the cafe area; stock supplies; prepare food items such as sandwiches; answer questions about menu items; provide suggestions on coffee blends or tea selections; inform customers on special offers or discounts available; assist with opening or closing duties when necessary; and perform other duties as required.
