We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait! The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an unforgettable experience to each customer. We are offering a competitive salary of 1400 Kuwaiti Dinars per month and are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants to the area.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, prepare coffee drinks with precision, build relationships with customers and ensure that all customers have a positive experience when visiting our store. They should also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to the above skills, we are looking for someone who is reliable with good time management skills and attention to detail.

The role of the Barista will include: preparing hot drinks such as espresso-based beverages, teas, hot chocolates etc.; greeting customers in a warm manner; ensuring that all areas of the store are clean; taking orders accurately from customers; demonstrating a good knowledge of coffee products including brewing methods; stocking shelves with fresh products; operating food preparation equipment such as grinders and blenders according to safety protocols; maintaining records of daily sales transactions.
