Job Title: Chef
Location: Haur-Fakkan, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 900 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of international dishes, both traditional and modern. We welcome applications from foreign candidates who possess the relevant culinary qualifications and experience.

The successful applicant will be expected to:
• Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with recipes, hygiene regulations, and health and safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard with attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area at all times
• Assist in menu development
• Train junior kitchen staff
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a professional chef in a high-end establishment, be able to demonstrate excellent cooking skills, and possess excellent communication skills. In addition, they should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively. A qualification in Food Hygiene is essential.
