Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land parcels, properties, and other sites. The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to use a variety of land surveying tools. The position offers an attractive salary of 1100. Responsibilities:
• Prepare survey plans using computer-aided design/drafting (CADD) software programs
• Establish fixed points on land parcels/properties using advanced surveying tools
• Collect data from sources such as aerial photography or geographic information systems (GIS)
• Perform calculations using trigonometry or geometry principles to determine land boundaries/measurements
• Analyze survey data and draw conclusions about boundaries or measurements
• Identify discrepancies between field measurements and historical records or photographs
• Prepare reports regarding findings from surveys conducted
• Participate in meetings with clients or other stakeholders to discuss results or project status updates

Required Qualifications:
• Degree in land surveying (or related field) is preferred but not essential for consideration; prior experience in a similar role is required
• Knowledge of boundary law principles and regulations pertaining to land surveying
• Experience working with CADD software programs such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
• Ability to read technical drawings, topographic maps, aerial photographs etc.
• Excellent attention to detail when collecting/analyzing data
