Pharmacist (Abu-Dhabi)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Pharmacist for a position in Abu-Dhabi. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical services to patients in accordance with state laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Dispense prescription medications to patients, following established protocols and procedures.
• Monitor patient health and progress.
• Provide information on the proper use of medications, side effects, drug interactions, storage methods, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of medication orders and prescriptions.
• Maintain records of patient information and medications prescribed.
• Communicate with physicians regarding prescriptions and any other medication related issues.
• Participate in continuing education activities to stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, regulations, etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field required.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret medical information accurately from prescriptions or other sources.
• A valid license to practice pharmacy in Abu-Dhabi is highly desired but not required for consideration.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical drugs is required.
• Working knowledge of computer systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum work experience is not necessary for this position but the successful candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as well as exceptional customer service skills.
