Job Description:
Barista – Abu-Dhabi

We’re looking for a passionate Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month and are open to considering candidates from all backgrounds, with minimal work experience required.

Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Barista or in a related position
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work fast-paced shifts
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Punctuality and reliability
• Outstanding knowledge of coffee recipes, brewing methods, and customer service best practices

Job Duties:
• Prepare hot and cold beverages as requested by customers including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, juices etc. according to company standards. • Receive payments from customers in exchange for beverages or food items served. • Monitor stock levels of supplies needed for beverage preparation such as creamers, sugar cubes etc. • Maintain cleanliness of work area by cleaning countertops, equipment, utensils etc. on regular basis. • Greet customers upon arrival and answer any questions related menu items or promotions.
