Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a passion for customer service, be capable of working under pressure and have an eye for detail. The Restaurant Manager will be expected to manage all aspects of the restaurant’s operation, ensuring customer satisfaction, high quality standards and profitability.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a restaurant or similar role. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. A motivated individual with strong organisational skills is essential for this position. Furthermore, knowledge of food safety regulations is a must, as well as a good understanding of customer service and hospitality principles. Candidates should also have a valid driver’s license in order to travel between different locations if needed. The ideal candidate should be willing to work flexible hours and be able to motivate others in order to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the business. Finally, fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage but not necessary.
