The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be responsible for leading the security team and ensuring their compliance with company policies. They should also have strong problem-solving skills, as they are often required to assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of security systems such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and locks.

The Security Manager will be in charge of conducting regular security checks, ensuring that all equipment is working properly, monitoring access control systems, overseeing staff training programs, and responding to emergency situations. Additionally, they will be expected to develop effective strategies for keeping intruders out of the facility while still allowing authorized personnel access. They should also be able to plan ahead for future situations and advise on preventative measures that can help avoid any potential security issues.
