Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all goals and objectives are met. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 AED/month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The Manager will be required to manage staff, develop strategies, and monitor performance of the business. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, problem solving abilities, and an ability to motivate staff. They must also have great interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

The duties of the Manager include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing daily operations
• Developing strategies for long-term growth
• Allocating resources effectively
• Monitoring performance against goals and targets
• Setting goals for staff members and providing feedback
• Delegating tasks appropriately
• Recruiting new personnel when needed
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Previous managerial experience is highly desired but not essential. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. The successful candidate must also be willing to work flexible hours as needed.
