Job Duties:
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
• Analyzing customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions
• Advising customers on product features, pricing, and services available
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Keeping accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
• Generating new sales leads through research or cold calling potential customers

Qualifications & Skills:
• 2+ years’ experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM software systems preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
