We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with very competitive salary of 1100 AED per month.

This position offers an excellent benefit package which includes but is not limited to: health insurance, paid vacation days and bonus compensation.

The primary responsibility of this position is to find potential candidates through various sources such as job boards, social media, job fairs and referrals. The successful candidate will be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates, assessing their abilities, coordinating interviews with the hiring manager and providing feedback to the applicants. The successful candidate should also be able to create job postings online and schedule interviews with potential candidates.

To be considered for this position we are seeking someone who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment or related field. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills; be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written; have strong knowledge of latest technologies; have the ability to prioritize tasks; have strong problem solving skills; possess good interpersonal skills; should have a valid driving license and must be willing to travel occasionally within UAE .
