We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi.

In this role, you will be responsible for finding and screening candidates for various positions within the company. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing and hiring the right talent. You should have a strong understanding of local labour laws and regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Fluency in English (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
