Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-centric approach.

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing sales plans and strategies to increase company profits.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Analyzing market trends and tracking competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiating with customers to ensure maximum profitability.
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Training, motivating, and monitoring performance of the sales team.
• Establishing effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Generating weekly/monthly reports on sales activities for management review.

Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a Sales Manager or similar role preferably in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Salary: 1500 AED per month (we are ready to consider an immigrant).
