Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, providing support to staff and customers, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The Office Administrator is expected to:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including filing and paperwork organization, scheduling meetings, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing general administrative support.
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Oversee ordering of office supplies and equipment.
• Create reports for management.
• Provide support for general IT inquiries.
• Develop systems to ensure efficient workflow in the office.
Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively under pressure, and have a friendly attitude when dealing with customers or colleagues. The successful candidate should also possess:
• A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role (we are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience).
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
