Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, providing support to staff and customers, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The Office Administrator is expected to:
β’ Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including filing and paperwork organization, scheduling meetings, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing general administrative support.
β’ Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner.
β’ Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
β’ Oversee ordering of office supplies and equipment.
β’ Create reports for management.
β’ Provide support for general IT inquiries.
β’ Develop systems to ensure efficient workflow in the office.
Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively under pressure, and have a friendly attitude when dealing with customers or colleagues. The successful candidate should also possess:
β’ A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role (we are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience).
β’ Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
β’ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
β’ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
