Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are currently searching for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a salary of 900 and we are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and clerical assistance to the staff of the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. The individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and resources
• Maintain filing systems, both manually and electronically
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and postal mail
• Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
• Coordinate office activities such as travel arrangements, meetings/conferences/events
• Monitor office budget and manage billing processes
• Provide support for special projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager
• Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • High attention to detail
