Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the progress of construction projects using surveying techniques. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 and is open to foreign candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Collecting data for survey projects using tools such as total stations, levels, GPS units, etc.
• Preparing plans, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of land for construction projects.
• Ensuring that work is in compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying.
• Establishing control networks and making precise measurements in the field.
• Determining precise location and measurements of points on land or water bodies for construction projects.
• Ensuring accuracy of survey data by checking calculations against existing records or benchmarks.
• Assisting with the development of GIS systems by inputting information into databases; verifying accuracy of data input; verifying accuracy of output results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or relevant field required; Master’s degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in surveying required
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and use of modern equipment such as total stations, levels, GPS units etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to read blueprints or maps accurately
