We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that the highest standards of hospitality are maintained.

The ideal candidate is an organized, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills. They must have a keen eye for detail and be capable of handling multiple tasks with ease. The Hotel Manager will need to have experience in the hospitality industry, and be well versed in all aspects of hotel operations, including but not limited to: guest services, financial management, housekeeping, food and beverage operations, staff training and development, and marketing.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills as they will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the hotel. They must also create a positive working environment for all staff members by setting high expectations while providing support and guidance when needed.
