Logistics Coordinator – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will provide oversight and direction to various logistics functions including inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation/shipping, and warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the entire logistics process from order entry through delivery
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all shipments are properly documented and comply with customs regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure cost efficiency
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor transport costs, quality, and efficiency of service
• Develop strategies to improve processes for increased efficiency
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, safety standards, etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role with experience in international shipments preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) & ERP systems (SAP)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1100 KD per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.
