We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer an attractive salary of 1300 and are open to considering a foreign applicant. This role does not require any previous experience in recruitment, however, the successful candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills. They should also have a good understanding of the recruitment process and be able to effectively source and assess potential job candidates.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating job postings, conducting interviews and helping with the onboarding of new employees. They will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to effectively fill open positions within the organization. Finally, they will be expected to keep up with industry trends, attend job fairs and other related events when necessary, and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
