Position: Speech Therapist

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1000 KD per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Speech Therapist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to individuals with communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders, as well as developing treatment plans and conducting assessments of clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech Therapy or a related field, with at least two years of experience in the field. They should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be comfortable working with both children and adults, and have excellent problem solving skills. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this position.

The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will include carrying out assessments of the client’s current speech and language abilities, determining the best individualized treatments based on the assessment results, providing direct therapy services to clients with a focus on helping them achieve their goals, maintaining accurate records of each client session, attending regular staff meetings with other therapists to discuss cases and plan treatments going forward, and collaborating with other professionals (e.g., doctors, occupational therapists) when necessary.
