Security Manager

We are looking for a qualified Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing security operations for the organization. As the Security Manager, you will be in charge of creating and enforcing policies to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Monitor the performance of security staff and investigate irregularities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure security needs are met
• Manage access control systems to regulate building access
• Perform regular audits to identify potential vulnerabilities or threats
• Design emergency response plans for various scenarios
• Respond quickly to security breaches or emergencies
• Train staff on security procedures and protocols
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports and recommend corrective measures

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement or related field
• Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role in the industry (foreigners will be considered)
• Knowledge of legal guidelines related to security matters
• Ability to use relevant technology such as CCTV systems
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Salary: 1300 AED/Month
