Duties & Responsibilities:
The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including finance management, recruiting staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will develop strategies to increase profitability while keeping costs low and building relationships with key stakeholders. You will also manage relationships with suppliers and customers, as well as coordinate marketing activities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, financial acumen, problem-solving skills, organizational capabilities and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. A degree in business or related field is preferred but not required. Candidates should also be able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) proficiently.
